Nodi ("we", "our", or "us") values your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information in connection with the Nodi mobile application ("App").

1. Collection of Information

We do not collect, store, or share any personal information. All your data (notes, memos, configurations) is stored locally on your device.

2. Use of Google Drive API

Our App requests access to your Google Drive account, specifically the Google Drive Application Data Folder (appDataFolder). This scope is used solely to:

• Backup your locally stored data to your private Google Drive storage.
• Restore your data back from your private Google Drive storage to the App on your device.

Important: The App only accesses its own dedicated, hidden app data folder within your Google Drive. It cannot read, modify, or delete any other files or folders in your Google Drive. We do not transmit this data to any external servers or third parties; it remains strictly inside your personal Google account.

3. Data Retention and Deletion

Since we do not store your data on our own servers, we do not retain your data. You can delete your backup at any time directly through the App settings, or by managing your Google Account connected apps settings.

2. 구글 드라이브 API(구글 권한) 사용 및 처리

사용자가 백업 및 복원 기능을 사용할 때, 앱은 구글 드라이브 API 권한, 구체적으로 App Data Folder(앱 전용 숨김 폴더) 권한을 요청합니다. 이 권한은 오직 다음 용도로만 사용됩니다:

• 사용자의 로컬 백업 데이터를 사용자의 개인 구글 드라이브 보안 영역에 업로드(백업)
• 사용자의 구글 드라이브 보안 영역에 업로드된 백업본을 다시 사용자의 기기 앱으로 다운로드(복원)

중요: 본 앱은 구글 드라이브의 일반 파일에 접근하지 못하며, 오직 앱 전용 숨김 데이터 폴더(appDataFolder) 내에 생성된 자신의 백업 파일만 읽고 쓸 수 있습니다. 이 과정에서 수집되거나 접근하는 인증 정보 및 데이터는 어떠한 외부 서버나 제3자에게도 공유 또는 전송되지 않으며, 전적으로 사용자의 구글 계정 내부에서만 처리됩니다.

3. 개인정보의 보유 및 파기

앱 개발자는 어떠한 데이터도 직접 보관하지 않으므로 사용자의 데이터 보유 권한이 없습니다. 사용자는 언제든지 앱 내 설정을 통해 백업 데이터를 삭제하거나 구글 계정 설정에서 연동 앱 연결을 해제하여 모든 데이터를 완전히 파기할 수 있습니다.
